Below is a small selection of notes recently received from events held aboard The Princess Caroline

We're almost back in the land of the living after a whirlwind wedding and mini honeymoon! Thank you SO much for a truly lovely wedding party on your glorious boat! We had such fun, the food was wonderful, the service terrific and we didn't once have to concern ourselves with the logistics or any operational issues at all – thank you.  You're so clearly brilliant at what you do, and seemingly effortless in the way you do it! (which isn't the case we're sure!) - many thanks indeed and we, as do others, have plans to return for another Princess Caroline event in the future.

I wanted to say a massive thanks to you and your team for Saturday night.  It was honestly fantastic and we had so many comments saying it was the best night many people have had in years.  The biggest compliments we had was for the food and everyone said it was delicious and wanted to pass the compliments to the Chef.   You and the team made it a night to remember and we all really appreciate this.On another note I have already had a couple of people ask about prices and my wife will also be planning redoing our wedding vows next year and would it be possible to supply some prices for Fridays and Saturday nights from April on next year.

Just a quick line to thank you and your staff for your help in making our 50th year celebrations such an outstanding success.  It was an absolutely fantastic evening, thoroughly enjoyed by everyone – in fact we cant wait to do it again!!!!The boat was stunning and crew very friendly and helpful – once again thank you!!!

We wanted to write and say thank you to all of you for helping to make our wedding on October 10th truly special. We had a great feeling about the Princess Caroline and her crew before we set foot on board and once we did come aboard we knew that's where we'd be having our wedding reception. Planning the reception was incredibly easy and it was nice to feel relaxed about the preparations, knowing that so much of it was being taken care of. It was also great to know that you were genuinely committed to making sure that us and our guests had a fantastic time. We had a tight budget for the wedding and you worked with us to make the day wonderful and special without it costing a fortune. The day itself couldn't have gone better – the food was lovely, the boat itself was beautiful and everybody on board was so friendly and helpful. Most, if not all, of our guests told us on the day (several times in some cases) how much they were enjoying themselves and the ones we've spoken to since have said what wonderful day it was. One or two have even made a point of telling us that they'd told all their other friends what a great time they had. Quite often the extra little touches can make a big difference and tell you everything you need to know about somebody and so it was when the flowers we'd ordered for our mothers failed to turn up. Despite the extremely short notice and the time of day (early evening by this point), you managed to save the situation and get hold of two lovely bunches of flowers and no one but us was any the wiser. We had an image in our minds of what we wanted our wedding day to be like and it was as close to perfect as it's possible to be. It goes without saying that the Princess Caroline and her crew were a huge part of that and we're happily recommending her to anyone and everyone. We're looking forward to coming on board again in the future – maybe for an anniversary. Take care and thanks and best wishes to all of you.

Sorry it has taken us so long to write you but we have been very busy. This is just a short note to say how wonderful our wedding day was and how special you, your staff and boat made our day. The welcome canapes were lovely and all the guests enjoyed them. The wedding breakfast was exceptional. The Father of the bride was shown around the kitchen later in the evening and was amazed that so much wonderful food could be produced from such a small space. The evening guests are still talking about the hog roast and everyone commented on how perfect and unusual the Princess Caroline was for a wedding party. Once again thank you for your organisational skills and for making our day a day to remember not only for us but for our guests as well.

I just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ for all your, and your team’s, hard work yesterday at the SOSCA Committee Meeting and the AGM.  Feedback, both last night and this morning, has been very positive about the event, including the venue and the Paella! So compliments to the chef and also to the whole team for making sure that it all ran so smoothly.We shall certainly bear you in mind for future events, so thank you again.

A huge thank you for last night the food was excellent; my boss enjoyed his fish supper and his visit to the bridge.It made a rewarding treat for my guys who have surpassed themselves this year completing an extremely hard and demanding contract.You will all certainly come highly recommended for anyone that needs any form of entertaining event.Thank you and the best of our wishes.

I just wanted to thank you and your team very much for the enjoyable day that we have had on the Princess Caroline last Wednesday.  This was an excellent day and everyone has pleasantly surprised about the friendliness of the Princess Caroline team, the service, the quality of the food. I have had many compliments about the venue and the organization of the day and I just wanted to pass the compliments to you.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for a fantastic evening onboard the Princess Caroline, it was enjoyed by everyone who attended and the highlight of the exhibition for many. Everything was perfect and I even managed to relax and enjoy the evening and felt more like a guest than an organiser which was thanks to you and your team.Thanks again and we’ll hopefully see you again in the near future,

Henry and I owe you a big thank you for everything you did for us on Saturday. We had the most amazing day, one we will never forget. Everyone said how great the boat was, how lovely the food was, how nice your staff are etc. We only heard great things and everyone is looking forward to our anniversary parties!!! We would like to say a huge thank-you to everyone for making our wedding reception exceed all our expectations. It was a truely magical  experience for us and all our guests. The food was excellent and we have had so many wonderful comments regarding, the taste, quality, menu choice and the prompt service. All the staff were helpful, polite and it really seemed like each and everyone cared that Paul and I were having the best time possible. Everyone loved the fact that the boat was such a different setting, it truely is a beautiful boat.
Andi helped making arrangements as stress free as possible, she went above and beyond what we expected, always at the end of the phone to answer all our questions, nothing was too much trouble for her. The smoothness of the day wouldn't have been possible without her.

Have just got back from honeymoon and just wanted to pop you a note to say thanks for a fab day and evening. Everyone had such a great time at the wedding and loved the venue and food.You did us proud xxxx

 

 

 

"Thanks for organising such an enjoyable event - the food was delicious and the company excellent - what more could one ask for ?" "Liz and myself certainly enjoyed the event on Saturday night. We were very impressed by the boat and it's facilities and it was a lovely environment for hosting our Christmas event. The meal was excellent, and it was a great atmosphere for dining whilst cruising past the docks and into the Solent. The service was also excellent throughout the evening with very friendly and attentive staff, who seemed very happy to cater for any of our individual needs. It was just a pity that the evening passed too quickly !" Once again Andi, thank you for a wonderful and successful party. I will most certainly recommend Princess Caroline to all my friends and family for special events or just to come aboard for a meal!

Just had to e-mail you following the very enjoyable evening had by all our employees last Friday. Arranging the evening was made very easy as nothing was too much trouble and I believe Andi went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including bringing the boat out to Lymington. I have spoken to a number of staff and the general consensus is that the ship was very classy with stylish décor and exceptionally clean throughout. The food was freshly prepared and very good, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Having the two decks, both of which had a great open viewing area, meant that guests could move comfortably around the ship during the evening, and even though the sea was a little rough during our event, the ship’s crew sailed expertly and maintained a very smooth passage, particularly during dinner. The Princess Caroline is in itself an exceptional and unique venue for corporate events, and the fact that it can also sail on a route of your choice gives it an added dimension. A night I hope everyone will remember in years to come. In a nutshell, this is a four star floating resort – to be highly recommended to all corporate event organisers as something first class and a bit special.

Everyone bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and were extremely professional and very friendly. All of our guests had a superb time and I thank you again for being able to work with me on an affordable alternative. My daughter and husband loved every moment of the night (as did I) and it is an event that will stay in our memory's for a long time to come. Thank you again

What a swell 60th Birthday Party it was!  Having organised so many functions, large and small, over the last thirty five years it was a real pleasure to ‘do business’ with such a professional team. Your whole product offering was second to none from our secret planning meeting through to execution on the day. It was very satisfying dealing with another perfectionist and your attention to the smallest detail ensured everything went according to our little plan!

As the organiser of the company's Christmas event, the help and support I received was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Andi and co were very accommodating to our needs and the Christmas event was a great success!  Thank you!"

What can I say, thank you and all your staff for an excellent evening, from the feedback I am getting this morning everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, the photos are going onto the shared drive for everyone to look at  as I write .Each year we try to think up something different to entertain the troops but I think we might find it difficult to top this one! The food was superb and big thank you to your chef and his staff, I can’t find anyone so far that could find fault with it, in fact most people are saying that it is the best Xmas meal that they have had and I agree.

Mark and I wanted to write to thank you for hosting the most wonderful wedding celebration party for us earlier this month.  We have been inundated with letters of thanks and best wishes, and everyone (and I mean everyone) has commented on how wonderful the venue was.
